Exchanges & Returns

Return:

Products can be returned within 7 days of placing the order (excluding bulk orders). Refunds will be processed after the product is collected. Return requests cannot be made after 7 days.
Refunds are only processed upon successful order cancellation. If your cancellation request is approved, refunds will be issued within 7 days from approval.

For debit/credit card payments, refunds will be credited to the original card used for purchase. Razorpay payments will be refunded to the same account.
If the item is already shipped, refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned item.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send you an email within 7 working days to confirm its arrival and notify you of refund approval or rejection.

Replacement:

If you receive a damaged product, initiate a return within 2 working days of delivery. Our courier partner will collect the damaged product, and we'll provide a replacement at no extra cost within 7-7 working days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received your refund, contact your credit card company or bank first, as it may take time to process. If issues persist, reach out to us at care@nutriorganicsfarms.com or call us at: 1800 309 1207.

You are responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are refundable on a case-to-case basis upon pre-approval. Nutri Organics Farms reserves the right to deduct return shipping costs from the refund amount, based on the request's nature.
